This is not my first "go 'round" with Precision and I continue to realize why. From my call to schedule, the actual scheduling itself and the service provided by Jim, my service technician, Precision was a breath of fresh air. Jim realized he needed something to help complete the adjustment to our new door and instead of making excuses, got in his truck and drove to Home Depot to make sure the job was done right. And, at the end of the service, he assured me that a roller may need replacing and promised to note the same on his report to the company. Top notch in every way.

Nervous because my garage door opener was not working after the terrible Nor’easter we had experienced so I contacted PRECISION DOOR SERVICE because they service all brands of garage openers. They scheduled service quickly & GERARD OUELLETTE, my Service Tech, ascertained the problem within minutes of examining my Liftmaster system - I kid you not. Gerard was experienced, knowledgeable patient & easy to talk to, a rare combination. PS Gerard took the time to help me understand/ feel comfortable using some features of my opener that I was uncertain of. Boom problem solved Tx Precision!

I had a new double car garage door installed last year. Pricision Garage Door Service was very good in helping selecting a door, in installing it, and in after install checks. They are very knowledgeable and charge very reasonable. They respond fast to service calls. They do not lead you to false path so you’ll dump in money time after time and be frustrated when garage door doesn’t open or close. I have been using them for about 8 years, and I’m a very happy customer.

I was very pleased with the service I received today from Precision Door who fixed our problem with our remotes. Not only were they old, but i had new batteries which worked for a few days and died. He suggested replacing the lightbulb in the garage as that was interfering with the signal. He also removed an unseen bird's nest that wasn't helping at all. He carefully explained the options with the keypad and we chose to get new remotes and Ron was able to make everthing clear and complete in a half hour. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Ron was a great representation of your company!! A very pleasurable experience. He was even very friendly with my 85lb dog trying to get in the way. He was friendly and professional.
