I had a very good experience! Ron is the best kind of technician: he showed me what was wrong with the old setup and explained why it wasn't working. (I only knew it wasn't working well.) He walked me through the repair options, clearly explaining each one. In less than an hour, my garage door was moving smoothly. If I ever have another problem, I will absolutely go to Precision.

I had a timely response to my voicemail request for service and Rob arranged for the service we needed very efficiently. Ron was the tech who performed the service and he was excellent. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional, as was the secretary in the office, when I called. My garage door opener all of the sudden stopped working, it was over 20 years old so I wasn't too upset. Eddie came out and tried to et it to work but it was just worn out. He gave me my option for a new opener and within and hour had it all set up and ready to go. Great customer service, Eddie was on time let me know when he was on his way and extremely courteous and professional. I have recommended precision to neighbors and will use them again when needed.

Ron did excellent job! Very professional and very quick ! I was a little disappointed that the invoice didn't list what cost what ! and 12.50 fuel charge ? that's why i used a local business ! Only 2 or 2 1/2 miles from my house ! The price was a bit much but i don't mind supporting a local business !

I found the company on line and liked their ad. I called and they sent a tech out the same day. He evaluated the problem and replaced the 26 yr old door opener and track . He recommended replacing springs and pullies etc . which i said yes. All done in a couple of hrs. Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this company.

This was a return visit by Precision. Eddie, who arrived very early in the time window, was able to diagnose the reason why the remotes were not functioning properly. He fixed the problem by extending the antenna 8' towards the door. Another good experience with Precision!
